1 General Terms & Conditions

0kww (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "0kww") is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between users of the Platform ("Members") and 0kww.

These Terms are provided in Bengali, but the governing agreement is in English. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. 0kww reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes via a notification in their account.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• By using 0kww's services, you acknowledge that you are placing bets at your own risk.
• Any misuse of the platform or attempted fraud will result in permanent account closure.
• 0kww does not provide services to residents of regions where such activity is prohibited under local law.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on 0kww, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Registering with false information will result in account termination and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Security

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact 0kww Support immediately.

3 Age Verification & Legal Eligibility

0kww strictly enforces an 18+ policy. We are committed to preventing minors from accessing the gaming platform. Providing a false date of birth during registration is a serious violation.

You must also reside in a region where online betting is not legally prohibited. If access from a restricted region is detected, the account will be closed.

4 Betting Rules & Regulations

Certain fundamental rules must be followed when placing bets on 0kww. These rules are in place to ensure fairness and transparency across the Platform.

Bet Limits

Cancellations & Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, 0kww reserves the right to void bets under specific circumstances — such as match cancellation, technical errors, or the publication of incorrect odds.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• If a bet is affected by a technical issue, 0kww's decision is final.
• Placing bets using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Betting exchanges and syndicate betting are strictly prohibited.

5 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

0kww supports payments through popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted channels.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 1,000
• Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Large withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• 0kww may request additional documentation as needed to prevent money laundering.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• Not all games may be available for play using bonus funds — restrictions are listed on each offer's page.
• Bonus offers have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the offer expires.

7 Responsible Gaming

0kww believes in responsible gaming, and the wellbeing of our members always comes first. We want our platform to be a source of entertainment — not addiction.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• You may take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months if needed.
• Permanent self-exclusion is available — once applied, it cannot be reversed.

9 Account Closure or Suspension

0kww may close or suspend any member's account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• For registering with false or incomplete information
• For operating multiple accounts
• For bonus abuse or fraudulent use of promotional offers
• If money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected
• For attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• For misconduct toward other members or staff

Members may request account closure at any time. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before closure, however any bonus funds will not be returned.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact 0kww Customer Support in the first instance. Our team typically works to resolve issues within 48 hours.

• After a complaint is submitted, 0kww will provide an initial response within a maximum of 7 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may appeal to the licensing authority.
• In all disputes, 0kww's technical logs and records will be treated as the definitive evidence.

11 Terms & Conditions Update

0kww reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via their registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
